These are GalaCut's Terms of Service. By downloading GalaCut, creating an account, subscribing, or donating, you agree to them.
The editor is yours to use, free
GalaCut's creative core is free, with no account and no watermark. You may use it for personal and creative projects on the devices you own.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, and edits you make. GalaCut edits on-device and does not claim ownership of, store, or train on your media.
Provided as-is
GalaCut is offered as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of it.
Acceptable use — no deepfakes, no impersonation
You may not use GalaCut to break the law or to create harmful, infringing, or deceptive content. Specifically: no identity-altering deepfakes, no impersonating real people, and no using someone's face, voice, or likeness without their consent. GalaCut's AI tools are built to refuse this, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it. Report misuse to legal@yeda-ai.com.
The paid tier (when it launches)
Optional paid AI features will have their own clear terms and pricing at launch. You only pay if you choose to use them — never to remove a watermark.
Who provides GalaCut
GalaCut is a product of Yeda AI. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Yeda AI for your use of GalaCut.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Premium ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) and Professional ($9.99 per seat) are auto-renewing subscriptions. Each renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. On the web you subscribe, manage, and cancel through Stripe checkout and the Stripe billing portal; on iOS and Android, where store billing applies, you manage them through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can cancel anytime and keep your features until the period ends. Except where the law or store rules require otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Donations are voluntary gifts — non-refundable, and they unlock nothing.
Your account (paid users)
Only paid plans need an account — the free editor and donations never do. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity under your account, and we may suspend it for violations of these Terms. Professional includes a commercial-use license to sell the work you create with GalaCut; Free and Premium are for personal and creative use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [OPERATOR: governing jurisdiction & venue]. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first — contact legal@yeda-ai.com — before either of us pursues a formal claim.
